YOU’RE INVITED! 🎨 Local textile artist Kelsey Merreck Wagner needs your help creating a large-scale weaving installation for the Benton Convention Center. The artist will bring her loom to public events and parks and invites the public to learn weaving using recycled materials collected from community members and local partners. Join Kelsey at free drop-in events to help create part of the weaving, get creative, meet your neighbors and make collaborative art for our city. This project was commissioned through Open Call, a biennial program of the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Public Art Commission that funds local artists to create unique public art projects highlighting the artistry and beauty of our city.
