  Think timeless menswear\, traditional natural fibers like cotton\, linen\
 , wool\, and hemp\, and clothing made to stand the test of time. With garm
 ents sourced from Japan\, Italy\, Germany\, Canada\, and the USA\, the foc
 us is on quality over quantity and pieces meant to be worn\, loved\, and e
 ventually handed down. It’s a refreshing approach in a world of fast fashi
 on.\n\nBut for founder Max\, Fancy Groceries has always been about more th
 an what’s on the racks. It’s a welcoming space to grab a coffee\, strike u
 p a conversation\, and simply enjoy being part of the downtown community.\
 n\nThat same passion for connection inspired Max to create the @tradestree
 tfarmersmarket \, which recently celebrated its first anniversary! What st
 arted with just 14 vendors has grown to 42\, bringing an estimated 2\,000–
 3\,500 visitors downtown on the first Sunday of every month. 👏\n\nAnd now
 \, something new is coming to 6th St. 👀\n\nOn October 23\, Fancy Grocerie
