o-wop\, folk and more.\n\nCOLIN ALLURED BIO\nColin Allured has spent his l
ife following music wherever it leads\, from classical and rock and roll t
o blues\, gospel\, and the zydeco of his native Louisiana. Along the way h
e dove deep into Indian classical music\, Middle Eastern drumming\, and We
st African string music\, and all of it finds its way into his songwriting
\, improvisation\, and composition. Based in Winston-Salem\, Colin enjoys
a busy schedule of teaching\, performing\, and recording. He is the reside
nt performer at the Mossy Hill Listening Room and the creator of Mantra Da
nce\, a world music project. At the heart of it all is a simple belief: mu
